Login Guide
What Filipino ph788 Players Should Know About Logging In
Logging in to ph788 is the same experience whether you're on a desktop browser at home in Quezon City, or on your phone during your commute in Manila. The login page works on all modern browsers and on the ph788 Android app. Your account credentials – your mobile number or username plus your password – are the same across all devices.
The first time you log in from a new device, ph788 will send an OTP to your registered mobile number. This is automatic and takes only a few seconds. Just enter the code when prompted and your session will be confirmed. If the OTP doesn't arrive within a minute, check that your phone has signal and try again. If you're having persistent issues, reach out to support through your dashboard.
ph788 does not currently offer a social login or third-party authentication option. You log in exclusively with the credentials you created during registration – your chosen username or the mobile number you registered with, and your password. If you've forgotten your password, contact ph788 support directly. There is no automated password reset link on this static page; account recovery is handled manually with identity verification to protect your funds.
Your ph788 session will time out after a period of inactivity. This is a security feature, not a bug. If you return to the platform and find you've been logged out, simply sign in again. On mobile, the ph788 app keeps sessions more persistent – one of the practical reasons many Filipino players prefer using the app for everyday play.
Keep your login credentials private. ph788 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. If you receive a message claiming to be from ph788 asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and do not respond. Report it to ph788 support immediately. The only place you enter your password is on the official ph788 login page or in the ph788 app.
Your ph788 account balance is held in Philippine Peso. When you log in and visit the withdrawal section, you'll see your current PHP balance and can initiate a transfer to your verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet. Withdrawals require KYC to have been completed at least once. If you haven't done KYC yet, you can still deposit and play – it only becomes required before your first withdrawal.
If you play on multiple devices – say a phone and a tablet – you can be logged in on both simultaneously. Your game history, balance, and account settings sync across all sessions. Changes to your account details, like updating your registered number, require identity verification and should be done through the support team.
